Our longest night and shortest day is almost upon us. Time for bonfires, hot chocolates and woolly scarfs. To celebrate the winter solstice in family life, we love to share a special Mulled Grape Juice with friends and family. 

Mulled Grape Juice

In a pot, boil for 1/2 to 1 hour:

a 2 litre bottle of grape or apple juice, 1 litre of water, an orange spiked with cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, a handful of cardamon pods and 1 star anise.

Cool and decant into a juice bottle.

To Serve: Mix 1/3 cooled juice to 2/3's hot water and a squeeze of lemon.

Tips for Radiant Winter Skin

Hydrate, Nourish and Protect are our key words for winter skin.
